Press ‘6’ to hear the caller’s prior recorded greeting that you have already completed listening to.

You may block a caller by hitting the ‘7’ key on your phone if you would prefer not to speak with them. It won’t be possible for them to hear your greeting. Additionally, press “7” once more if you think their actions are inappropriate, and we’ll take care of it from there.
